An invitation to gather in community to journey inwards for a deep dive into in immersive sound healing experience. Letting the soothing and melodic sound waves guide you into a deeply restful and rejuvenating meditative experience with a blend of chimes, gongs, and crystal singing bowls.

You are invited to join myself a my dear friend Julie Burrow's for an immersive, loving sound healing experience.
We will gather for this event in the fire place lounge on the upper level Maury Young Arts Centre.
Suggested items to bring for your comfort:
- Something to lay on. Ex: yoga mat, camping pad or small air mattress.
- Warm comfy clothing and cozy warm socks.
- A blanket or two.
- One or two pillows. (under head/under knees).
- Something to cover your eyes if you wish.
90 minute session - $35
